Renovation & Signature Design
A home, considered in its entirety.
An architectural vision. A deeply personal home.
The most meaningful interiors begin long before the final details are revealed.
At Lou Joia Studio, our Signature Design service is dedicated to the complete reimagining of residences, from substantial renovations to the thoughtful creation of new homes.
Rooted in Scandinavian simplicity and Japanese restraint, our approach considers architecture and interiors as one harmonious composition, where spatial flow, natural light, materials and craftsmanship shape the experience of everyday living.
Each home is conceived with intention, creating spaces that feel quietly distinctive, timeless and deeply connected to those who inhabit them.
A complete design vision
From Architecture to Atmosphere
Our Signature service offers comprehensive creative direction and interior design, bringing together architectural consideration, materiality and carefully curated details.
Depending on the nature and scale of your project, our service may encompass:

Detailed plans, elevations and photorealistic 3D visualisations
Bespoke kitchen, bathroom and joinery design
Material, finish and architectural detailing specifications
Lighting concepts, furniture and textile curation

Procurement, supplier coordination and construction-stage design support
Every element is considered in relation to the whole, creating a coherent design language throughout the residence.
A Personalised Design Journey
Thoughtfully conceived. Beautifully realised.
Every home tells a different story.
Our approach begins with a considered understanding of your aspirations, the character of the property and the way you envision living within it.
From the earliest design conversations to the final material selections, we work in close collaboration with our clients and project partners to bring a singular creative vision to life.
Each Signature project is developed through a bespoke proposal, with a carefully defined scope, design deliverables and level of studio involvement.
To preserve the quality and attention devoted to each residence, we undertake a limited number of comprehensive design projects.
