Your Lou Joia marble candle was designed to live beautifully beyond its first burn.
Once your candle has been fully enjoyed, you may send your marble vessel back to us for our Lou Joia Refill Ritual. We will send you a pre-paid shipping label so you can safely send your candle back to our workshop.
Each vessel is carefully inspected, cleansed, re-wicked and hand-poured again with a Lou Joia scent selected to complement the colour and character of your marble.
This service allows you to continue enjoying the beauty of your natural stone vessel while reducing waste and preserving the craftsmanship of your original piece.
Your renewed candle will then be returned to you, ready to illuminate your home once more.

Each vessel is hand-poured with a Lou Joia fragrance selected to complement the colour and character of its marble, allowing stone and scent to remain in considered dialogue.

Once your Refill Ritual has been ordered, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label with instructions for safely returning your vessel to our Dublin workshop.

Each vessel is individually inspected, cleansed, re-wicked and hand-poured by hand. Turnaround times may vary, and we will confirm the expected timing once your vessel has been received.

Your candle should be fully extinguished and completely cool before being returned. Residual wax is perfectly fine, however, vessels that are cracked, significantly chipped or otherwise structurally damaged may not be suitable for refilling.

Your pre-paid return label is included as part of The Refill Ritual. Once renewed, your candle will be carefully packaged and returned to you, ready for the ritual to begin again.
