Lou Joia Studio is an award-winning interior design practice based in Dublin, specialising in contemporary, Scandinavian and Japandi residential interiors.

We offer three tailored residential design services:

• Signature Room for individual spaces

• Signature Renovation, for multi-room transformation

• Signature Residence, for complete home renovations and new-build properties

Our expertise encompasses spatial planning, bespoke kitchens and bathrooms, architectural detailing, joinery, lighting, material specifications and carefully curated furniture selections.

Each project is approached individually, with the scope of our involvement shaped around the architecture of your home, your lifestyle and your design ambitions.

Ideally, at the earliest planning stages, before layouts, lighting, kitchens and key materials are finalised.

Early involvement allows us to develop a cohesive design vision alongside your architect, builder and specialist contractors.

We offer a complimentary 30-minute discovery call to discuss your project.

Our two-hour interior design consultation is €350, while comprehensive residential design services are individually quoted according to the project's scope, complexity and requirements.

Our consultations offer focused professional guidance for clients managing their own projects.

Our comprehensive design services involve a more detailed creative process, potentially including floor plans, 3D visualisations, bespoke designs, specifications and implementation support, depending on the agreed scope.

Our process begins with understanding your home, lifestyle and ambitions.

We develop a considered design concept, followed by detailed presentations, specifications and, where agreed, collaboration with suppliers and implementation support.

Every stage is thoughtfully developed to achieve a cohesive result.

Timelines depend on each project's scale and complexity.

At Lou Joia Studio, our design presentations are exceptionally detailed and we believe thoughtful design should never be rushed. Clear milestones are established from the outset, allowing every element to be carefully considered and refined.

We collaborate with architects, builders, joiners and specialist craftspeople to ensure a cohesive design vision.

Depending on the agreed scope, we can also coordinate furniture procurement, supplier liaison, deliveries and installation, with all quotations and purchases subject to client approval.
