  • A 30-minute conversation to understand your vision, lifestyle, and what brings you peace. We listen, ask questions and begin to know you.

  • A comprehensive 2-hour consultation where we dive deeper. Site visit, detailed discussion of your needs, exploration of your aesthetic preferences and full creative briefing.

  • We bring you onto our Notion platform, your dedicated project workspace.

    Here, we share inspiration, moodboards, references and keep you updated throughout every phase of the design journey.

  • We develop a comprehensive design concept rooted in Nordic and Japandi principles. Moodboards, 2D and 3D renderings and early sketches that translate your vision into form.

  • We collaborate, refine, adjust. Your feedback shapes every decision. The design evolves through feedback loops until it feels right, until it truly reflects your vision.

  • We guide you through sourcing, specification and implementation. Supporting you every step until the vision is fully realised and the space is ready to be lived in.

Our pricing

At Lou Joia Studio, we do not believe in one-size-fits-all pricing. A single room refresh is fundamentally different from designing an entire home. Your budget, timeline, and vision are unique. So too is our proposal.

We begin with a 30-minute discovery call (complimentary) to understand your project. From there, we offer a transparent, detailed proposal that reflects the scope of work, the expertise you are investing in and the transformation you will experience.

Our fees are determined by project scope, complexity and timeline. To secure Lou Joia Studio for your interior design project, a 50% deposit is required upon agreement.
