Japandi Serenity

Entirely designed by Lou Joia Studio, this full ground floor renovation was created for a contemporary family home. Rooted in Danish design and elevated by refined Japandi influences, the space feels calm, intentional, and deeply inviting. Thoughtfully designed limewash arches introduce softness and architectural character, enhancing the sense of balance, serenity, and cohesion throughout.

Led by Lou Joia Studio in collaboration with an architect, structural engineer and a large team of builders, the renovation reflects a shared commitment to thoughtful design and expert execution. From the bespoke kitchen island with its marble waterfall effect to the smoked glass doors and oak veneer cabinetry, every element was carefully considered to create an interior that feels both elevated and enduring.
